What We Are

Silverlake Software LLC is a small privately-owned software vendor founded in 1997 that specializes in quality tools for XML Schemas and insurance industry standards. Silverlake is an ACORD Form Toolkit Licensee and participates in ACORD XML Standards development.

Who We Are

Jamie da Silva is owner and primary software developer for the company. Jamie’s ACORD form experience dates back to 1994 when he attended his first standards meeting (AL4*) and has been working with ACORD forms ever since. He served two years as co-chair of the Base Architecture Working Group (BAWG) for the ACORD PCS 1.x XML standard and continues to keep abreast of current architecture issues in the new ACORD AML standard. Jamie attended Rensselaer Polytechinic Institutue (RPI) and has a B.S. in Computer Science.

*AL4 was the first name given to the ObjX standard which was eventually replaced by the XML standards.
